On canceling games - If inclement weather exists on game day, our baord members will determine whether the fields should be closed. This is done before 7:00 a.m. At that time announcements will be made on the radio and for those parents who have provided an email address, we will send out a mass email letting them know of the cancellations.

After the game has started only the referee may delay or cancel the game.

Coaches are not to cancel games for any reason. If your team will not be able to be at the complex on game day, please call the opposing team coach and then let Joel (379-8776) know so we can reschedule your game.

The new Safe Haven training program is now available from www.aysotraining.org.

We would like to assure the 27,000 volunteers that took the San Mateo Online Safe Haven that their training is valid, and is recognized by AYSO as meeting the certification requirements for coaches and referees.  The new training program has incorporated several improvements, including a more efficient integration with the national eAYSO training database.
